Terms of service
These terms apply when you use millen.co.nz or buy from us online or in a showroom. If you're buying for a business, our Trade terms apply as well, and win where the two differ.
Who we are
"Millen", "we" and "us" mean The Millen Group, the companies trading under the Millen brand in New Zealand: Millen Bathroom Limited, Millen Homeware Hamilton Limited, The Kitchen & Bathroom Warehouse Limited, Whangarei Master Bathroom Limited, Tauranga Bathroom Warehouse Limited and Nell International Marketing Limited.
Your rights come first
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Prices
- Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
- Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Installation is quoted separately.
- Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order.
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, we'll refund what you paid in full.
- If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you, and you can choose to wait, change the item or cancel for a full refund.
- You need to be 18 or over to place an order.
Payment
Pay in full at checkout with any of the payment methods shown there. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't see or store your full card number.

Returns, faults and warranty
Using this website
- We try to keep product details, stock and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. Colours on screen can differ from the real finish; see it in a showroom if the exact shade matters.
- The site's content, photos and design belong to us or our suppliers. You're welcome to use it to shop and to share links; please don't copy it for commercial use.
- Links to other websites are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.
- If you have an account, keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after we publish them, not to orders already placed.
New Zealand law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts can hear any dispute.
