Shipping policy
We deliver to addresses in New Zealand, and you can collect from a showroom.
Delivery charges
The charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- In stock: we aim to deliver within 20 working days of your order.
- Not held in stock: some items are ordered in for you and can take up to 60 working days. We'll tell you the expected date when we confirm your order.
- Regional and remote addresses can take longer than 20 working days.
If we can't deliver within these times, we'll let you know. You can then cancel the order and we'll refund what you paid in full.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays, your region's anniversary day, or 24 December to 5 January.
Where we deliver
- Addresses in New Zealand only.
- We can't deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.
Large and bulky items
We'll phone or email to arrange a delivery time. Someone needs to be there to receive the delivery.
Tell us about anything that makes delivery hard when you order, such as stairs, a narrow entry, restricted access or a rural address. If the driver can't deliver because of access we didn't know about, a redelivery charge may apply.
Changing a delivery
To change the delivery date or address, tell us at least 48 hours before your order is dispatched.
Collecting from a showroom
Choose collection at checkout. We'll phone or email when your order is ready.
- Collect within 5 working days of that message. After that, the showroom may sell the items to someone else and reorder them for you.
- Bring photo ID and the card you paid with.

When the goods become yours
The goods are your responsibility from delivery or collection.
Damaged on arrival
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, see Returns.
Installation
Delivery doesn't include installation. In Auckland, our team can install what we sell: see Installation for a quote.
